Music snobs and audiophiles have something to celebrate this weekend. Saturday, April 17, marks the third annual Record Store Day, a celebration of independent music stores across the nation. In honor of this, Pitchfork is hosting the documentary I Need That Record! for one week only. Catch it while it lasts!

The doc features interviews with of indie rock royalty like Thurston Moore, Mike Watt, Ian MacKaye, and Noam Chomsky (wait, what?). If you love music—and maybe if you're an obsessive vinyl collector yourself—you'll want to do yourself a favor and check out this documentary any way you can.

If you can't find time to catch it this week, the film will be available on DVD during the Record Store Day celebrations in selected independent record stores across the country. It'll have a wider DVD release on July 27. Check out the trailer below.
