International Woman's Day Challenge

Tuesday March 8th is International Women's Day. I don't know what people usually do to celebrate this under-rated holiday but, I have a challenge for you.

I want every woman over the age of 18, to schedule a PAP Smear with their doctor (if it has been a year or more since your last check-up) and do a self breast exam. Cancer is very real Ladies!! People die because they do not keep up on these very important tests. I know they are uncomfortable but, they are all we have for early detection. If you don't care enough to do it who will?

Pass this message along to all of the women in your life. The best way to pamper ourselves is by staying ahead of Cancer and being around for a long, long time. Have a beautiful Woman's Day Ladies! You deserve it for all you do for us.
