Judge Jeanine Pirro can now add author to her list of achievements. She just released, Sly Fox a novel loosely based on her life at the time she was the only female assistant district attorney in the Westchester county courthouse, in New York.

As my readers already know I'm a fan of Judge Jeanine's, let me assure you there is no bias. I love to read and this book was so good I couldn't put it down.

I know some of the situations are made up but the important parts I believe to be true. Just like her fictional alter ego, Dani Fox; Judge Jeanine did start the first domestic violence task force in her area. Some people give her boss the credit but in the story you can find out how it really came about.

That's what makes this novel so good. Judge Jeanine's experience brings authenticity while still maintaining the creative privilege of fiction.

I enjoyed the behind-the-scenes glimpse into what goes on to build a case and how the pecking order can hinder productivity. Not to mention the home life of a busy young professional. I'll admit to a few blushing "OMG" gasps I'm sure most readers will love! Who knew a judge could write such sizzle! Order your copy

Patricia Cornwell's, Kay Scarpetta use to be my favorite, but Dani Fox has taken over. I can't wait for the Sly Fox sequel due out next summer.
