Pair of ScissorsMs. Williams, 43, admitted in court to using a pair of scissors on Baby C to kill the newborn. She was also involved in the overdose death of a Virginia woman who traveled to the city for an abortion at the clinic. The clinic was operated by Dr. Kermit Gosnell. A condition of her plea agreement with prosecutors is that Ms. Williams cooperate in the case against Dr. Gosnell and other defendants.

Dr. Gosnell's wife, Pearl, still faces charges of performing a late-term abortion.
